Camping, Pot Luck and Workout Area
The Campsite and location of the workout is approximately 5500 feet in elevation.  It is in a valley surrounded by hills that can go as high as 8900 feet.  Temperatures can range from the mid 80's in the daytime to the High 20's at night.
Weather
The weather can be a bit tricky this time of the year. The average daytime temperature is in the low 80's and the average nighttime temperature is in the mid 40's. Rain is rare, however, we will be at high altitudes in the mountains and rain showers are not uncommon year round. In the past, we have had temperatures in the low 100's in the daytime and the high 20's in the night and early morning. It is recommended that you bring clothing to be comfortable in freezing conditions as well as rain gear.
