About Instructor Development
One of Thomas' Martial Arts greatest
strengths is in the large number of quality
Instructors on
our staff. Our
goal is to maintain a Student to Instructor ratio that provides for a
positive atmosphere where any student may develop to the fullest of her/his
ability. Our Instructor development program works in conjunction with
regular classroom skills and is designed to create tomorrow's leaders by
being today's examples. At the core is developing a sense of community
and team. Each program
builds from the earlier programs and are therefore designed to be
completed in sequence.
