Junior Trainee Instructor

The Junior Trainee Program is for all 1st Degree and Above Black Belts 15 Years old or younger. The program is designed to teach the younger student responsibility and communication skills. The JTI's are typically used to be "Black Belt Buddies" with new students. They also assist at Promotional Tests by assisting the floor coordinators, directing the students, and answering questions for the parents and spectators. Once they have learned a weapon, they are asked to assist in class and at seminars. JTI's are required to be in the Leadership Program

Leadership Junior Trainee Program Instructor Trainee Level 1- Certified Trainer Level 2-Specialty Instructor Certified Instructor Chief Instructor Head Instructor School/Club Owner	Uniform: ATA Heavy Weight Uniform School & ATA Patches Your Name on back Red, White and Blue Collar Any earned Leadership Stars Masters Club Patch on Arms Any other earned patches	Age - 15 Years Old & Younger Rank - Must be at least a 1st Degree Black Belt School - B Average or equivalent Taekwondo -Must have taken and passed a physical test showing knowledge of ALL color belt material ATA - Must be member in good standing with a current membership Leadership Program - Required
